New Logan Utah Home Listings for 08/12/2010

Our IDX feed shows us three new Logan Homes for Sale today. All of them look like their priced to sell. The first listing is quite a large sixty year old Logan House in the Hillcrest area on the east side of town. It's just above the university, and has one of those illegal duplex mother in law apartments. Depending on the condition of it, it might be a pretty good value. The second listing looks to be a really good value for a house of its size, it is however a Logan short sale, and so might not actually sell for the list price. The last listing is another older logan house, nearly 100 years old now. It surely has some character and is currently priced at just 61 a square foot.
