Another Logan house for sale in Country Manor just before Christmas. Apparently the holiday cheer persuades home owners in the Country Manor subdivision to list their homes for sale. The only two Logan Homes that have been listed over the holiday break are found in Country Manor. This house is priced incredibly low for a Home in Logan with four bedrooms.
