Five new Logan Real Estate listings today. The first is a non legal duplex over on 10th North. The second is a large, barn style, twin house in the Willow Park Subdivision over near the fair grounds. For the size of it, its cost per square feet is really good, just $66 per square foot. This is one of those properties where buying is cheaper than renting. Being that it is a twin house, and not a condo complex, there is also no HOA fee. The third home is a huge home over in the Castle Hills subdivision over near Lunstrom Park above USU. Priced at $445,000, I don't think it will be selling any time soon. 979 The last two listings are two nearly identical homes in Logan just off Mendon Road. These homes are very plain, and don't seem to belong in an area that is mostly rural farms. The odd thing is that while they look very much alike, they were built 14 years differently. The thing that makes these properties incredibly valuable is that it is Logan Utah Horse property with nearly 3 Acres! Also, these properties are right across the street from a developed subdivision, and less than half a mile from another. There could be some serious future development value and potential in these houses. I would say they are incredible values besides their less attractive appearance.
