Today's new Logan Real Estate Listings includes a vacant home in the Knowles Subdivision, this is a good sized home and is a good price per square footage, but for the neighborhood, it is probably overpriced at $179,900. It is a vacant home though, and the listing agent comments do suggest that the seller will consider a much lower offer.
