Today's new Logan Homes for sale are too more, to be built starter homes in the
Park Avenue Subdivision. The map the listing agent put in for these homes is wrong, they put them on the North Side of town which is wrong. Really these houses are just off of 600 West, right behind the Logan River Golf Course Driving Range. These houses are deals. I'm tempted to buy one as an investment.
